92.02 RATES FOR SERVICE.
Water service shall be furnished at the following monthly rates within the City: (Code of Iowa, Sec. 384.84)
1. 0-1,500 Gallons - minimum bill, $42.15 (FY24)
2. All gallons over 1,500 shall pay a rate of $0.0057 per gallon (FY24)
3. Bulk water purchased directly from the municipal water department shall be billed at the same rate all consumers pay, see table in Section 92.02(4)
4. Water rates shall increase each fiscal year by two percent as shown below:

There shall be required from every customer not the owner of the premises served a $150.00 deposit intended to guarantee the payment of bills for service. (Code of Iowa, Sec. 384.84)
99.07 RATES FOR SERVICE.
Sewer service will be furnished at the following rates within the City.
1. 0-1,500 gallons - minimum bill $50.64. (FY24)
2. All gallons over 1,500 shall pay a rate of $0.0058 per gallon (FY24)
3. Sewer rates shall increase each fiscal year by two percent as shown below:

100.04 STORM SEWER FEE.
There is hereby established a storm sewer fee in the amount of $2.50 per month for each City residential unit/lot, $6.00 for every commercial/educational/governmental/religious unit, and $10.00 for every industrial unit to fund the “Stormwater Drainage System Utility” Fund.
106.08 COLLECTION FEES.
The collection and disposal of solid waste as provided by this chapter are declared to be beneficial to the property served or eligible to be served and there shall be levied and collected fees for the same, in accordance with the following: (Goreham vs. Des Moines, 1970, 179 NW 2nd, 449 [Iowa 1970])
